Kenneth G. Silva

Kenneth G. Silva is the 33rd Fire Chief of the Honolulu Fire Department (HFD). He is the Chair of the Hawaii State Fire Council and the Executive Vice President for the Honolulu Firefighters Foundation. On January 16, 2006, he was the second Fire Chief to be appointed by the Honolulu Fire Commission. Chief Silva also serves on the Board of Directors for the Hawaii Chapter of the American Red Cross and the Western Fire Chiefs Association.

The Honolulu Fire Department (HFD) will open its new Ewa Beach Fire Station in late 2012.
